I know I love a good knee-high boot during the fall and winter. I've already broken mine out for the season! But sometimes a full knee-high is too much, and a flat just isn't enough. Enter: the ankle bootie. The perfect in-between in the shoe world. You can dress them up or down and they come with so many possibilities...heel or no heel, buckles or zippers or laces, studded and quilted, black and brown...the list goes on! Booties are very on-trend for fall this year, so I compiled a list of my favorite budget-friendly buys at 3 of my favorite places to shop for affordable shoes!
Alice Slouchy Ankle Bootie in Black, $34.99 // Audrey Pointed Bootie in Smoke, $44.99 // A+ by ALDO Isa Bootie in Soft Taupe, $44.99 // Betty Sweater Foldover Boot, $37.99
Target Shopping Tip: Stop whatever you're doing and download the Cartwheel app now! It will save you tons of money on everything at Target, shoes included! I use it constantly and have saved a total of $136.00 in the last year on things I already buy there, from groceries to clothing and more. Another great way to save at Target is to check their weekly ad for any sales. Don't forget to use your RedCard for extra savings!
Faux Suede Wedge Booties (Wide) in Taupe, $27.90 // Zippered Ankle Booties in Brown, $24.90 // Faux Suede Booties in Chestnut, $27.90 // Faux Leather Lace-Up Boots in Grey, $29.80
Forever 21 Shopping Tip: If you have a store near you, always try on before you buy. If you're shopping online, sign up for emails to stay up to date on deals and sales. I've never had a problem with any F21 shoes I've ever purchased, so for the price, I think they're a great deal!
Ruched Chunky Heel Booties, $42.99 // Burnished Chunky Heel Lace-Up Booties, $40.99 // Chunky Heel Fringe Bootie, $19.99 // Side-Zipper Chunky Heel Booties, $35.99
Charlotte Russe Shopping Tip: These booties are a little pricey for the quality, but you can almost always find a deal. If they aren't running a public sale, you can sign up for emails or text messages to receive their "Happy Hour" deals and more. These shoes don't usually last me more than a year or two, so use caution when spending here!
