Fave Five Friday | Toddler Fashion + Budget Bites

Happy Friday! Today we are heading out bright and early to get some much needed grocery shopping out of the way. I have to go extra early so that I have time to prep all of Lucy's birthday goodies for her party with family tomorrow! I also have a fun little MOPS party this evening so I'm excited for a full day :) Here are some of this week's favorites:
5.) Lucy turned ONE on Tuesday! Her party is tomorrow but we went to Target and grabbed ice cream to celebrate. Lucy got to stay up past her bedtime and enjoy some yummy treats. I shared a little first year recap here, too.

Outfit details can be found here.
4.) With Lucy constantly on the go these days, it's hard to get a decent photo of her. She is never still! She wore a new OOTD the other day that I just love and have to share...plus I got all the pieces for a steal! Top // Old Navy (on clearance for $3!) Jeans // Target (on clearance for $4.50 in stores) Hair Bow // Kid 2 Kid Lexington KY (only $4 and she'll get several years out of it!) I just love finding good bargains, especially on baby clothes that will never be worn again.
3.) I've been wearing a lot of blues and I'm slowly breaking out the brights for spring! Does anyone else start craving brights and pastels as soon as they put their tree away? I'm dying for warmer weather and to meet this baby boy!

2.) Thanks to Influenster, I shared a quick, delicious and CHEAP Tater Tot Casserole recipe! It's a great go-to for busy weeknights or budget meal plans and it's a cozy comfort food that is perfect for this cooler weather.

1.) Yesterday I started my day with a Facebook feed full of sadness. Alan Rickman has passed away from cancer. I am a forever Harry Potter fan and I can't imagine a better actor to portray such an important character in such an influential series. Rest in peace, Professor Snape. Always ♥
