Time for another Currently, already?! I feel like I just posted October's! The prompts this month are really fun and I'm so ready to start this month of gratitude with ya'll!

Cooking // Yesterday I posted a recipe for some yummy Oreo truffles that my family really loves! November and December are all about baking and cooking for the holidays, so I'm gearing up for Thanksgiving right now. My mother-in-law and I are splitting the work, so I'll most likely be in charge of a dessert or two, stuffing, rolls, and green bean casserole. We'll probably work on mashed potatoes and gravy together and pies the night before. It's going to be a delicious spread!

Planning // Thanksgiving! I'm working on ideas for a tablescape and of course, the menu. I'm also working on Christmas cards and Christmas gifts at the moment. A little early, but I like to be prepared and hate doing things last minute!

Smelling // I shared these yummy scents a few weeks ago and they are still filling my house with holiday cheer! Bath & Body Works always has amazing seasonal scents this time of year, and I'm almost out of body wash. Looks like I'll be hitting them up soon!

Appreciating // Right now, I am appreciating the fact that I have been blessed with very easy pregnancies. I haven't been sick at all with this one (never was with Lucy, either) and even the occasional nausea has subsided now that the second trimester is in full swing. I'm also very appreciative of my hard-working hubby and handy father-in-law who are both helping me build what I hope will be a great Christmas gift for my family! I'm excited to share it with ya'll after the holidays!

Anticipating // What's not to anticipate this time of year?! I'm excited for so many things right now...Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Lucy's First Birthday, a new baby (!) and they're all right around the corner! This year just flew by and I have a feeling 2016 will be much of the same. Until then, I'm going to try and slow down to enjoy the time I have left in 2015; the time I have left as a mama of 1, the time I have left with my baby who will soon be a toddler...I have been blessed in so many ways and I'm hoping to really take the time to thank God for them every day!
