Is it spring or winter where you are? I know spring doesn't officially start until March 20 (yes, I'm counting down the days), but the temps here in the Midwest can say spring, summer, winter, and fall at all times of the day! Last week we had a rainy, cold weather kick so I was able to rock this darling chenille sweater just a little longer before the warmer temps force me to break out the sandals and strappy tanks! If you're in an area where winter seems to overtake spring, a fun sweater like this is a must in your arsenal! PS it's only $11!!!!

White jeans made this look even more springy--I think I'm just wishing the warmer weather on--and something about the shades of brown just made my neutral loving heart sing! This Michael Kors tote was a birthday gift from my sweet hubby last year and I'm rarely able to put it down. It's so perfectly roomy and goes with just about everything! One of those bags you NEED if you're a mom who's tired of the diaper bag days.

So how do you make the most of the cooler days of spring? Are you still into the bell sleeve trend? I like this one in particular because the sleeves are up high enough not to get in the way!

Striped Sweater with a Pop of PINK

I have always, always loved Kate Spade's aesthetic. The bright solids and black and white stripes will always win me over. My favorite, I think, is the classic Black/White/Pink combo. There's just something so preppy and feminine about it that I'll never not love! When I put this outfit together for the first time (it's a repeat offender, y'all), I immediately thought of those gorgeous Kate Spade stores with all of the bright, fun colors and black and white stripes!

I also can't get over this adorable pink crossbody bag! It's a Target find that I scored for less than $10 on ThredUp and it's been the perfect added punch to all my outfits lately. Add in a pair of pink statement earrings and a bright pink lip and this girly-girl is happy!

This whole outfit has me thinking "Girl's Night"! I think I need to plan a brunch date with the girls, don't you??

One of my favorite ways to spice up my wardrobe is with a new color! I'm the girl that tends to stick to new styles in the same few colors all the time, which isn't always a bad thing, but now and then means I need to shake things up a bit! This off the shoulder sweater from PinkBlush is such a pretty shade of sage green and totally revamps my closet from the regular olives and kelly greens. Not to mention, it's super-soft and the oversized fit is a cozy feature!

The best part about this sweater has got to be the length. It's totally legging-approved but still flattering on my short frame. I love the oversized sleeves, too, because I'm a chronic sleeve clutcher (cuffs that stop at my wrist are a rarity. It's fingertip length or 3/4 sleeve and up)! Oh, and let's not forget the adorable off the shoulder detail. I live for a bare shoulder + statement earring combo! This sweater is a repeat offender, y'all, and I'm dying to style it with OTKs this coming fall. Isn't it such a unique color?!

What's one color you never see in your wardrobe?

Blush Tunic and a Throwback Shoe!

Is it just me or has winter lasted forever this year? I'm not-so-patiently waiting for spring to arrive and I'm getting tired of my winter wardrobe. I was so excited to add this blush tunic sweater to my rotation to stretch my closet a little further and make spring feel a little closer!

Also a new favorite in my rotation are these nude jelly flats from Bubblegum Shoes! They are just like the plastic jelly shoes we all loved in the 90's but better! Super soft, ultra-flexible and the crossover strap really sets them apart from your typical ballet flat. The pointed toe makes them look sophisticated but still so comfortable. You can shop their other fun jelly shoes here!

Do you have a favorite color to wear when spring comes around? How do you stretch your winter wardrobe through those final months?
